We hired Bayshore Designs to assist in gaining site plan approval for a deck and pool installation. Their knowledge of the Chespeake Bay Act and its requirements are quite extensive. After 2 short months, Bayshore was able to gain site plan approval from the local jurisdiction. I highly recommend this firm. They have a complete grasp on all things relating to permitting in and around the Virginia waters of the Chesapeake Bay.
